When it comes to sex, men usually focus on size and stamina. As a woman, I tell you that you are definitely focusing on the wrong things. How to please a woman sexually is all about focusing on the right things… and when I say, “right things” these are the things that are involved not during sex, but the “things” you do (or should do) before it- the foreplay. Studies shown that sixty-seven percent of women faked their orgasms because of lack of foreplay. Okay, so maybe you are not focusing on the “wrong things,” but rather you are just not clear about what the right things- or foreplay really is…

Let’s have our Foreplay 101.

What is foreplay? According to wikipedia, “it is a human sexual behavior; it is a set of intimate psychological and physical acts between two or more people meant to increase sexual arousal, in anticipation of sexual intercourse.” In lay man’s term, foreplay is what happens when you and your lover take off your clothes before the intercourse; it is the kissing, the licking, the caressing, the heavy petting, the bondage, the blindfold and other naughty stuff that can increase both your sexual arousal. And importantly, foreplay consists of connecting with your woman emotionally before sex. I understand that as a man, you may not have a problem when it comes to the kissing and the petting and all the physical acts of foreplay, but I bet the “connecting emotionally” with your woman can be confusing.

We, women understand that the male DNA is not made up to absorb the “emotional stuff,” so let me lay it out for you.

Foreplay comes in many forms, it just doesn’t take place in the four walls of your bedroom. Foreplay begins far beyond outside the bedroom, it begins in the office… and I don’t mean oral sex in the utility room (but not a bad idea). It’s calling her or e-mailing her or sending her a text message- about how you miss her or reminding her to take care. It’s dropping by and buying her flowers and lunch. Women are all about emotional connection. It’s all about asking how her day was. Listening to her and responding with full sense and sentences. A recent study revealed that men who help around the house have more sex. It’s because, helping with the chores make her feel you care and you appreciate her. And before you get hot and intimate with the physical acts, be more romantic first. Women are crazy about romance- holding hands, arms around her shoulders, back rub, a squeeze on the leg, a warm bear hug, a soft touch on the face, running your fingers on her hair… telling her how beautiful she is… all these things are great anticipation of sexual intercourse for women.

Other things that can help heat things up is by doing volunteer work…Yes, you read it right. Research revealed that a man who devotes some of his time to a worthy cause with the woman he loves has more action at home. Volunteer work deepens emotional connection, which translate to sizzling sexual episodes. Again, let me tell you, women are all about “emotional connection.” It’s not like you’re walking around shirtless, but knowing that a man helps out at an orphanage make a woman grant him sexual favors.

Women are emotional creatures, nurture their emotions and you will be on the right track in pleasing her sexually. I dare you, do the things mentioned above and become the man she can’t wait to make sweltering sex with.
