Why People Should Try Online Dating Websites!

Lets face it, today’s dating scene is challenging, and it can be very frustrating finding someone to date. I have been a bartender for a little over six years, and I have seen and heard plenty of people complaining about their single life. I have watched numerous people try and find their mate at a bar, and honestly most of the times it doesn’t work out. I am sure that you could only imagine the things that I have seen and heard. The number one topic of all the conversations that I have with people is love and relationships. People mostly complain about not being able to find that perfect match. The problem is that people look in all the wrong places. If you truly want a relationship with someone looking for them at a bar probably is not the best decision. There are many reasons for this, but the obvious is alcohol. It changes a persons behavior and they do and say things that they normally would not have. Now, don’t get me wrong this is not always the case. However, people still continue to go out to local bars and taverns to look for that special someone.

When I explain this to my customers they ask me “Where do I find someone then”, and continue on to tell me that they are just to busy to try and go the extra mile to find their match. I have had people give me a list of reasons of why they have not found someone. The main reasons would have to be that they are to busy, they do not know where to look, or that they just have given up.

As I explained earlier I have been bartending for six years now, oddly enough at the same bar! Because of this, I have received the pleasure of getting to know a vast array of people. Many of them I have gotten to know very well. After having many conversations with the single people that did come into the bar, I decided I would try and match some of them up. I thought it would be a good idea, because I kind of served as a middle man. To many people, this idea helped ease them back into the dating scene. I would tell each person about the other, and at that point they could decide whether or not they would like to pursue a date with each other.

What I was doing with my customers is similar to online dating communities. With online dating, people can look at someone’s photo and read all about them before they decide on whether or not they want to speak with them. This process can be done from anywhere and eliminates allot of wasted time. The flexibility of online dating appeals to our society because of the fast paced lives that we all live today. It also helps people that may be shy regularly in a situation that was at first face to face. People now have the ability to meet people and actually get to know them before pursing anything further. It gives singles the opportunity to build rapport with a potential mate that can help build their relationship to be potentially a life long bond.

I also discovered in the process of matching people up, that I actually enjoyed doing it. Every possible match up excited me, and encouraged me to pursue the dream of creating my own website.

Why should you join an online dating website? Well, there are numerous reasons, but the most obvious is WHY NOT. Our society is so faced today that many people just don’t have the time to go out and find that special someone. Joining an online dating community takes the hassle out of finding that someone special.
